Product Specifications Product：EGR Delete Kit Weight: 450G Package size：15*15*9cm Model Number：‎EGR 1.9 TDI 130/160 CV Diesel Ⅳ. Product Function Enhanced Engine Performance: By removing the EGR system, the engine operates with cleaner air, leading to improved combustion efficiency. This results in increased horsepower and torque, providing a more responsive driving experience. Improved Fuel Efficiency: With the EGR system eliminated, the engine burns fuel more efficiently, potentially leading to better fuel economy. Reduced Engine Temperature: Without the recirculated exhaust gases, the engine operates at a higher temperature, which can enhance performance. Lower Maintenance Costs: Removing the EGR system can reduce the likelihood of issues such as clogged intake manifolds and fouled valves, leading to fewer repairs and lower maintenance expenses. Coolant Temperature Regulation: By bypassing the EGR cooler, the engine's coolant temperature remains more consistent, preventing overheating and ensuring optimal engine performance. Elimination of Soot Build-Up: The EGR system can lead to soot accumulation in the intake system and on the EGR valve. Removing the EGR system helps prevent this build-up, maintaining cleaner engine components. Enhanced Engine Efficiency: With the EGR system removed, the engine can operate more efficiently, leading to better overall performance and longevity. Ⅴ.
