Yes — it’s a direct swap for the factory mirror puddle light. No wire cutting, no drilling, and no coding. Each side takes about 5–10 minutes with a pry tool. Will these fit my Tesla? They fit the Tesla Model 3 (2021–2023), Model 3 Highland (2024+), Model Y (2021–2024), and Model Y Juniper (2025+). Select your variant at checkout, and double-check your year before ordering. What does the projection look like? A crisp pair of angel wings appears on the ground beside your doors. The high-brightness SMD LED projects a clean pattern in cool white (6500K). When do the lights turn on and off? They follow Tesla’s factory welcome-light timing: about 30 seconds on unlock, 3 seconds on lock, and 20 seconds in reverse. No separate switch or app needed. Are they waterproof? Can I take my car through a car wash? Yes. They’re IP68 rated — dust-tight and protected against rain, puddles, and car washes. Will this affect my Tesla’s factory warranty? Replacing the puddle light is a reversible, non-destructive swap, so it typically won’t affect your factory warranty. If you’re ever concerned, keep the original lights and swap them back before a service visit. How long does installation take, and what tools do I need? About 5–10 minutes per side. All you need is a pry tool — no special tools, wiring, or coding.","url":"https://grundig-auto.com/products/welcome-lights-01","brand":{"@type":"Brand","name":"grundig-auto"},"tags":[],"image":["https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0609/9143/8927/files/6_5129a359-9617-42f9-af4c-2420795aecfc.jpg?v=1766566139","https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0609/9143/8927/files/2_d5e0689d-d780-4d16-95e9-5c95e7a3204f.jpg?v=1766566139","https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0609/9143/8927/files/1_951af42f-4658-4699-85a1-c0cbd506f9e3.jpg?v=1766566139","https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0609/9143/8927/files/d36b068739d59ddff7e14d28d185bb66.jpg?v=1766566168","https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0609/9143/8927/files/5_fec0fff5-94ec-44f5-82e8-9c0b15bc6d90.png?v=1766567042","https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0609/9143/8927/files/3_418c77b6-cc16-496e-8e91-d07e9321b433.jpg?v=1766567042"],"offers":[{"@type":"Offer","name":"2021-2023 Model 3","url":"https://grundig-auto.com/apps/arenza/products/welcome-lights-01?view=shop&variant=44120145494095","price":"145.00","priceCurrency":"USD","sku":"WELCOME-LIGHTS-21-23-Model 3","availableForPurchase":true,"additionalProperty":[{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"Available to purchase","value":true},{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"Option","value":"2021-2023 Model 3"}]},{"@type":"Offer","name":"2021-2024 Model Y","url":"https://grundig-auto.com/apps/arenza/products/welcome-lights-01?view=shop&variant=44120145526863","price":"145.00","priceCurrency":"USD","sku":"WELCOME-LIGHTS-21-24-Model Y","availableForPurchase":true,"additionalProperty":[{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"Available to purchase","value":true},{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"Option","value":"2021-2024 Model Y"}]},{"@type":"Offer","name":"2024+ Model 3 Highland","url":"https://grundig-auto.com/apps/arenza/products/welcome-lights-01?view=shop&variant=44120145559631","price":"145.00","priceCurrency":"USD","sku":"WELCOME-LIGHTS-24P-Model 3 H","availableForPurchase":true,"additionalProperty":[{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"Available to purchase","value":true},{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"Option","value":"2024+ Model 3 Highland"}]},{"@type":"Offer","name":"2025+ Model Y Refreshed","url":"https://grundig-auto.com/apps/arenza/products/welcome-lights-01?view=shop&variant=44120177573967","price":"145.00","priceCurrency":"USD","sku":"WELCOME-LIGHTS-25P-Model Y","availableForPurchase":true,"additionalProperty":[{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"Available to purchase","value":true},{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"Option","value":"2025+ Model Y Refreshed"}]}],"variantCoverage":{"exposed":4,"total":4,"complete":true},"source":"live_public_shopify_product","illustrative":false,"updatedAt":"2026-10-09T02:25:05Z","checkedAt":"2026-10-15T04:09:22.025Z","buyingConditions":"Currency verified from the anonymous storefront.
