Return & Exchange Policy

At GRUNDIG, we strive to deliver exceptional products and seamless customer service. Our goal is to simplify returns, exchanges, and repairs while ensuring transparency through our Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in denied refunds, exchanges, or replacements. Please review them carefully, as they apply to both the customer and GRUNDIG.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be authorized within 30 calendar days of delivery unless otherwise stated at purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all included components.

  • Products that have been disassembled, installed, modified, or damaged due to incorrect use are not eligible.

  • GRUNDIG is not liable for installation costs, labor fees, towing, repairs, or rental expenses resulting from defective or incorrect part usage.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items:

  • Repackage them in the original shipping container.

  • Follow our Return Procedure (outlined below).

Inspection Required:

  • Check all packages immediately upon delivery.

  • Report missing, damaged, or incorrect parts within 30 days via Live Chat for assistance.

  • Claims after 30 days or for lost/stolen packages must be resolved with the shipping carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened/unsealed electrical parts

  • Service manuals (unless sealed & unopened)

  • Special-order, custom-made, or painted parts

  • Modified products

General Return Rules

  • All returns/exchanges require a valid RMA form (signed).

  • Products must be new, in original packaging—no poor-condition returns accepted.

  • Defective/damaged items may require inspection (possibly at the manufacturer’s facility).

  • For returns due to incorrect sizing or buyer error: Do not install, assemble, or modify.

  • Used or partially installed items are non-refundable.

  • Some products may qualify for field destruction (instructions provided if applicable).

Return Shipping

  • Do not ship to the original address—return details provided after RMA approval.

  • Exceptions (marked "Non-Returnable" at purchase):

  • Custom-built orders
  • Items with special packaging requirements (inadequate packaging voids return eligibility).

Freight & Refunds

  • Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or GRUNDIG error.

  • Refunds processed within 24–72 business hours of warehouse receipt.

  • Credit issued via the original payment method (may take 1–7 business days to reflect).

For freight/LTL/international returns:

  • Shipping costs may exceed product value.
  • Customer arranges return logistics (unless GRUNDIG error).

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations allowed only if the order has not been packed/shipped.

  • After the Order Confirmation email, cancellations are unavailable—returns must follow standard policy.

Billing & Refunds

  • Payments are captured at order placement.

  • Refunds issued upon warehouse receipt, with email confirmation.

  • Allow 5–7 business days for bank processing.
