RV TPMS by Brand FAQ
Does my RV come with a factory TPMS?
Some newer RVs ship with a factory system or with TPMS-ready wiring on certain models, while many don't. Check your owner's manual. A Grundig kit runs on its own monitor, so it works whether or not your RV has anything built in.
Do I need to drill or wire anything into my RV?
No. External sensors screw onto the valve stems. The monitor is battery-powered and charges by solar or USB-C (the 860 runs on 12V/24V). Only the optional signal booster connects to a 12V source.
Which kit fits a Keystone Montana or Grand Design Solitude?
Heavy fifth wheels like these often run Load Range G or H tires at 110 PSI or more. Choose the Grundig S08 with 217 PSI sensors — 10-wheel mode for a dually plus tandem trailer, 12-wheel for a triple-axle.
What about Class B vans like the Winnebago Travato or Airstream Interstate?
Class B vans have four tires. The GRUNDIG RV TPMS in 4-wheel mode covers the van, and switches to 8-wheel mode if you tow a small trailer.
Is Grundig an official accessory for these RV brands?
No. Grundig TPMS kits are universal aftermarket systems. The brand names on this page are used only to help you find the right kit size for your rig.
Any brand. Any rig. Every tire.
Pick the Grundig TPMS that matches your RV's tire count and pressure, and drive or tow with confidence.
