Order Processing Time
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Delivery times vary based on package size and destination.
Standard Delivery (Continental U.S. and Australia)
- Small/medium packages typically arrive within 5-14 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) from the shipping date.
- Multi-item orders may ship separately from different warehouses, resulting in multiple tracking numbers.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues, etc.).

We partner with FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS, etc. for reliable delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk transfer to you once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.
