I. Product Overview

A cracked, leaking, or stripped fill port turns every fill-up into a mess — water down the side of your rig, a soaked storage bay, and a fresh water tank that never quite fills. This 3" brass city water fill inlet replaces it with a solid metal body that seals the same way the original did.

It is the upgrade path for an RV that sees regular hookups — a part you install once and stop thinking about.

II. Product Features

  • Built-In Check Valve: Stops water from backflowing out of the inlet and keeps your fresh water system sealed.
  • Solid Brass Body: A metal body that holds its shape and threads far longer than a plastic fitting.
  • Corrosion-Resistant: Brass stands up to sun, rain, and temperature swings without rusting or pitting.
  • Drop-In Threaded Fit: Threads into your existing plumbing the same way the original inlet did.

III. Product Specifications

  • Product Type: Brass RV City Water Fill Inlet with 3" Flange and Check Valve
  • Flange Diameter: 3 in
  • Outer Connection: 3/4" female threaded
  • Inner Connection: 1/2" male threaded
  • Material: Brass
  • Item Weight: 183 g (6.5 oz)
  • Package Dimensions: 9.2 x 8 x 7 cm (3.6 x 3.1 x 2.8 in)

IMPORTANT: This inlet is a connection point, not a pressure regulator. Use a pressure regulator between the campground spigot and your RV.

IV. Package Includes

  • 1 x Brass RV City Water Fill Inlet with 3" Flange (check valve built in)
  • 3 x Mounting Screw
  • 1 x PE Tape
  • 2 x Compressed Towel Sheets

V. Precautions

  • Don't Over-Tighten: Start the threads by hand to avoid cross-threading, and do not force the fitting — over-tightening can damage the inlet or the plumbing behind it.
  • Winterize Before Freezing: Drain the inlet before the first freeze. Trapped water will expand and can split the body or the check valve.
  • Keep the Cap On: Put the inlet cap back on whenever the hose is disconnected to keep dust, insects, and road debris out of the tank.
  • Verify Fit Before Ordering: Measure your existing flange opening and mounting hole spacing before you buy.
