How It Works
Step 1: Mount the Sensor
Install the ultrasonic sensor on top of your tank using the included gasket and self-tapping screws. Drill a 55mm or larger hole in the center of the tank top, place the gasket, and secure the sensor.
Step 2: Power Up
Connect the sensor to the included AC/DC power adaptor (100-240V input, 5V output). Plug the gateway into a standard wall outlet using a 5V/1A USB adapter.
Step 3: Connect to WiFi
Press and hold the touch button on the gateway for 5 seconds until the WiFi LED flashes rapidly. Open the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, turn on your phone's WiFi and Bluetooth, and follow the in-app instructions to add the device.
Step 4: Monitor From Anywhere
Once connected, the app displays your tank level in real time. Set your desired high and low alarm levels, and the system will notify you automatically when thresholds are reached.

- Clean the top center of your tank and attach the included gasket.
- Drill a hole with a diameter of 55mm or greater at the marked center point.
- Place the sensor over the gasket, aligned with the screw holes.
- Fasten the sensor with the self-tapping screws. Do not overtighten on curved surfaces.
- Connect the sensor to the power adaptor.
- Place the gateway near your router and power it on.
- Download the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app and pair the gateway to your WiFi network.
