Why It Matters

RV Blowouts Are
Preventable.

01
Your Rig Weighs a Lot
Class A motorhomes tip the scales at 20,000–30,000 lbs. At that weight, even a 10 PSI drop creates dangerous heat buildup — a precursor to sudden blowout.
02
You Can't Feel Trailer Tires
Trailer tires can lose 15–20 PSI and you'll never feel it in the cab. TPMS is the only way to know what's happening 40 feet behind you.
03
Heat Builds Before PSI Drops
Temperature monitoring catches failures earlier than pressure alone. Our sensors alert on heat spikes so you can pull over before a tire fails.
04
RV Tires Are Expensive
At $200–$500 per tire, maintaining proper inflation isn't optional. TPMS pays for itself by extending tire life 20–30% and preventing catastrophic failures.

FAQ

Common Questions

The Solar TPMS 6-Wheel is made for exactly this setup. It monitors all 6 wheels of your dually (4 rear + 2 front) plus your trailer simultaneously, and supports up to 217 PSI for Load Range G/H/J tires common on heavy 5th wheels.
External sensors (RV TPMS & Solar model) screw onto your valve stems — easy to install, and swappable between vehicles. Internal sensors (AN-15) mount inside the rim for 100% anti-theft protection and slightly more accurate temperature readings. Internal sensors require a tire shop to install.
For rigs over 30 feet, we strongly recommend adding the optional Signal Repeater. RV chassis and metal structures naturally attenuate RF signals. The repeater amplifies the 433.92MHz signal from rear sensors and eliminates dropouts on long motorhomes, 5th wheels, and towing setups.
All sensors — across all three models — deliver up to 12 months of continuous operation under normal driving conditions. The display unit will proactively alert you when any sensor battery runs low, so you're never caught off guard.
