Key Features:

• Pressure Control：When the turbocharger system pressure exceeds the set value, the wastegate automatically opens to release excess gas, preventing damage to critical components such as the turbine and engine due to high pressure. For example, when the throttle is suddenly closed, the pressure in the intake manifold rises sharply. The wastegate immediately releases air to protect the intake blades from impact.
  
• Preventing Knock and Overheating：When the turbocharger continues to boost, the wastegate releases a small amount of gas to maintain pressure stability, preventing engine knock and turbine overheating. This is particularly important in the high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-speed operating environment of the turbocharger, extending component life.
